Mod note on 'Note about site being down for about an hour.'

Turns out it was a problem when updating ssl certificates and no one was near an actual computer at the time, so it was matter of getting home to fix it.

All the mods have access to the BlueSky account, but obviously we're going to review things to make sure staff and the community are notified more quickly.
