BlueHorse, this type of sexist language is not ok MetaFilter, it violates our Content Policy, which is there to make it clear that the site is not a haven for hate speech.
Please avoid using this type of language in the future, as it may lead to removal of content and/or a ban. For now I'm leaving the comment up to make it clear what's occurred.
I'm assigning a day long ban and sending this note to your email.

Just following up on this comment and what other members have pointed out: Painting Jewish people as a monolithic block is anti-semitic. Not all Jews agree with the Israeli government. Not all Jews support various actions of the Israeli military.
Anyone who said all blacks agree with "X" would be quickly condemned as racist, so please be cognizant of your thoughts and language when speaking of the Jewish people.

june_dodecahedron, you absolutely need to chill on these types of derails in this thread. You're welcome to take it to MetaTalk or email the mods. Your anger is understandable and the mods are your side, but please avoid continuing to derail the original thread.

In the meantime, it is suggested that you seriously rethink your participation on the site, your comments were transphobic because they blamed child predators and social media for creating trans people. Completely unacceptable.

DeepSeaHaggis, the site custom is to skip past threads you don't like or that you find triggering. If you choose to engage with such a thread, at least be thoughtful and constructive.
Posting comments in all caps that focus on how much you dislike the subject of the is not that. So please avoid the this thread from this point on and remove it from your recent activity. If you do return here and continue as you have, we'll move on to site bans of increasing length if you continue.

Calling everyone who believes in a certain point of view "murderers and complicit" reduces the discussion to an emotional argument that no side can ever rise above or get past.
Disagreement is fine and welcomed on MetaFilter. Heading for the extremes is not. Let's try and find ways to disagree that don't paint the other as mortal enemies.
